Stylish restaurant with friendly staff. The dish of the day must be that beef rib, tender and chewy which was very flavourful. The dessert was light and fresh, like that lime kick with very creamy ice cream and macaroon! What a combination!! Fired eggplant, din sum and fried rice was average. Unfortunately, the oil exposure prawn was overcooked and a little bit salty. Overall I'd love to come back to try their other dishes!!

Lovely victorian style property.....quite authentic Cantonese food. We didn’t have yumcha, only because neither of us was keen on too much carbohydrates. The blue eye fish and abalones were cooked beautifully. But, the garlic spinach was not worth ordering.

It saddens me that we are amongst the last to dine here. The food was superb, the venue is elegant, although some of the dishes are on the salty side, particularly those with Asian influences (though I'd say that this is simply being faithful to those inspirations).

Decadent and delicious. If you're looking to spoil yourself silly, then Eleven Bridge will not disappoint. The food can get quite rich, especially some of the more Asian inspired dishes can be a bit too salty or sweet. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and has so far not disappointed with recommendations of wines.

2nd visit of Jade Temple over the last week. 5 star for exquisite ambience 5 star for service 5 star for the variety of tea selection. There are small specimen of the actual tea in the menu and you get to choose the cup to drink it with. 5 star for value for money considering that this is a restaurant at Bridge Street, prime commercial spot of CBD. 4 star for food. The duck dishes (Peking duck and barbecue duck) is a must have. The grouper fish and prince chicken (chicken slices with ham on top) are good too. Fried rice, Mongolian lamb are pretty dull and Dong Po Pork with abalone is eighty percent lard, definitively not a dish for the health conscious. In all, will visit often for the roast duck, service and wonderful ambience.
