I always have the fried rice at Chat Thai with sliced Thai chilli in vinegar and chilli powder condiments on the side, the fried rice is loaded with vegetables and tofu and comes with a fried egg on top that oozes yolk when you stick a fork in it, the fried rice by itself is flavourful but I decided to get the condiments that really cranked up the heat, so if you have a low tolerance for spice and heat don't get the...
