The service was good, and the restaurant is ideal for special occasions with a touch of personalization, like adding a birthday message to dessert. Aria boasts impeccable service, a wide wine selection, and beautifully presented, locally sourced meals. The stunning views, extensive wine list, and knowledgeable staff create the perfect dining experience. Overall, Aria is highly recommended for its exceptional food, ambiance, and service, making it a must-visit restaurant in Australia.

With a spectacular view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, Aria is one of Sydney's foremost fine-dining restaurant. The posh and cozy dining room is a mixture of art and modernity with artworks from indigenous artists hanging on soft-leather walls, luxurious bronzes and woods, as well as graceful padded chairs. The degustation course for autumn 2017 features a series of acceptable but unremarkable dishes. The dishes were meticulously prepared but lacked a distinct narrative or identity to make it memorable. The starters were intriguing. Have you tried a goats curt ice cream as a starter for dining? The ice cream was accompanied by the mildly sweet heirloom beetroot, walnuts and plums but I saw these exotic ingredients as distinct and separate rather than being infused together with the ice cream. The cured kingfish, dressed with lime and bai choy, however, whetted my appetite with its savory explosion. The mains were similarly pretty satisfactory but... read more

One of the best food experiences I've ever had. The tasting menu was a procession of beautifully crafted plates; visually stunning and a wonderful mixture of tastes and textures. The seven dishes had no misses, and some stunning hits such as the oysters and the beetroot. It was, all in all, a wonderful experience. The service was equally impressive - friendly and attentive to a fault.

Took my cousin who was visiting from Europe. It was a winner move. We were both overwhelmed with the quality of the food. We were surrounded by a choreography of knowledgeable and yet discreet staff. But most of all we were enjoying some killer views. I was delighted to find that the venue had a thick blue carpet creating a quiet atmosphere where we could catch up, enjoying the food and not having to shout like in most Sydney venues. I must disagree with the notion that this establishment is pricey as with the high quality of the food and professionalism of the staff, it is certainly worth the money and was in fact quite reasonably priced. This will be my go-to place for any overseas guests. A memorable experience.
