I ordered the sole with tarragon and polenta and tarragon undistinguished due to salt. Why sole? The lake has incredibly tasteful Perch? Also need to get a chef that understands how to deliver fine dining in the 21st century. This means excellent quality local seasonal produce, delivered with flavour and balance

The decor is simple, traditional and cozy (not luxurious in any way). We had Steffani fondue and meat fondue and some other mains. Steffani fondue had way too much white wine this was all you could taste. We did not manage to finish it. My husband has really enjoyed his meat fondue. And our son loved his steak.The deserts were really yummy as well. Some good quality gelato. Great meal, even though much more expensive then what we have use to paying in Uk (steak around 65 CHF, fondue around 40 50 CHF per person)Tap water is chargeable, around 4 CHF per bottle. But this is St Moritz, I guess, the place for world elite :)Staff were very welcoming and service was speedy and with a smile.
