Pool and spa were first rate. I would recommend this hotel for the weary traveller.

The place is really pretty and conveniently located, with rooms in classic alpine wood. They also offer complimentary transport to the train station. My only co... read more The place is really pretty and conveniently located, with rooms in classic alpine wood. They also offer complimentary transport to the train station. My only comment is the fact that we asked for an extra hour to check out on a Tuesday (and not in busy season) and they wanted to charge us 150 CHF. Disappointing a hotel of this quality and price still wants to squeeze a little more money out of you when they could’ve just said yes.

Disappointed with service as was in rush, and have to chase 3x for a bill. At the end of the visit waiter asked me for extra cash for service charge which was also included on bill and then I have noticed I have double paid
