It is in the middle of the town, just around the corner from some of the best restaurants and stores. Our room was very cozy and had all the amenities that we had hoped for. The spa area is located on the top floor with great views of the surrounding mountains and offers excellent services! The stuff is extremely friendly, helpful and reliable, be it at the front desk, in the spa area or at the restaurant/bar. Breakfast was OK, but the buffet could offer a better variety with greater focus on local products for a 4*-hotel. Only drop of bitterness (and reason for only 3* for services , but needs to be mentioned: The lunch we had at the bar on the top floor was simply a disaster: I had Gnocchi Sorrentina (for which they charge 37$ half-heartedly warmed in a microwave so that the interior was still cold. My partner could not eat the Sky Burger (41$ because of the poor quality of the meat.

For some reason, we had a free upgrade to a wonderful room with a big seating area, huge walk in wardrobe, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. In the evening, housekeeping come round and literally turn your pillows into alps and put chocolate Toberlones on the foothills. Breakfast was excellent in their well furnished restaurant and the sky bar had great views and looked really cool, though we did not have the time to hang out there. Some of the pictures in the restaurant were bad commercial art in big gold frames. But that was the only mis-step. From our room, we could see snow-capped mountains in the distance between the buildings. Highly recommended.
