We were staying at the Hotel and decided to eat here for the convenience. It was the only restaurant in Switzerland where I had a meal that I enjoyed and where my kids also enjoyed (and ate all of) their food. Service was excellent. Attentive but reserved. Nice variety of choices between pastas, fish and red meat and a good wine list. Breakfasts were also very good. View all feedback.
What Shobhit Singhal doesn't like about Mono:
Ok hotel with basic amenities. Clean, quiet, close to downtown. Nothing special. Breakfast was good though, but that seems to be pretty standard across Switzerland. The concierge was nice enough to send us a humidifier and kettle which helped fight the dryness. Das Restaurant ist ein Tipp in St. Moritz! Es ist auch für nicht Hotelgäste zugänglich und es lohnt sich hier einen Tisch zu reservieren. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient und das Essen, wie auch die Weinauswahl ist hervorragend.
Den Salat den ich hatte war gut und das Service Personal ist der Etikette gefolgt was gut war. Jedoch hatte ich auch eine Suppe die überaus schlecht war, von mir kaum angerührt wurde. Auf meine Kritik hin wurde leider nicht reagiert und man hat mich für die Suppe satte 20CHF zahlen lassen, was schon eine Frechheit ist. Zudem würde das Personal davon profitieren etwas mehr zu lächeln und einen entspannteren Service zu liefern (ich komme selber aus der Gastronomie). Daher bin ich nicht wirklich mit der Erfahrung zufrieden.
Entspannung in warmer Atmosphäre. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt. Das Restaurant im Haus ist echt super und der Service hat vom Empfang bis zum Ausfahrtsbillet für die Garage einfach gepasst. Danke.
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Salat, aber der Service ist überhaupt nicht freundlich. Schöne Lage draußen, um Leute zu beobachten, aber wir sind nicht zufrieden mit dem Service.
