We arrived close to closing time, leaving us with limited choices of food that was both old and unappetizing. To make matters worse, when I went to pay at the register, I was charged the full price for the subpar food that my daughter and I attempted to eat. The bill came to $33.00 and some change, and to add insult to injury, a $6 tip was automatically included without my authorization. Previously, tipping was voluntary and the amount was left to the customer's discretion. I feel taken advantage of, especially considering the amount of money I have spent at this restaurant over the years. It is truly disappointing.
