I would not visit Spruce Pine without planning to eat lunch here. Love those hamburgers with chili and coleslaw instead of lettuce and tomato. There is nothing like it! Super nice cafe in the corner of shopping center. View all feedback.
What Jade Mertz doesn't like about Country Cafe:
Bad experience with their waitress. I went there with my wife and kids. The waitress looked at us (scanning from top to bottom) and looked displeased, not even greeting or welcoming. Didn't say a word. It's one of those moments you know you are not welcome and racially assaulted (we are Asian). We came out right away without sitting down. View all feedback.
Server were nice. ask for an article list for which they are calculated. menu prices are not so advertised. more than $40 for 3 people to eat lunch....ripen them for mediocre eating.
I had an excellent western omelette and wonderful service. the cafe seems to be popular with natives and has a feeling for home. it is located in the right corner of the strip mall with mcdonald’s, near the shoe show.
Excellent breakfast for a good price and great part. it will not be fast, but it is worth waiting for.
The café was clean with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the amazing Southern breakfast they served. I'm not sure what magic they put into their grits, but they were incredibly delicious! Everything tasted like it was made with butter. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you enjoy homemade Southern cooking. It's a perfect 10 out of 10!
Great little place, food was good, service was good, price was good
