The place was filthy, floors unswept, soda station a mess, etc. Food was cold and se... read more Worst Hardee's I've ever been to.Stopped here a couple weeks ago for lunch. The place was filthy, floors unswept, soda station a mess, etc. Food was cold and seemed a bit stale but I marked it up to just a bad day for them.Went back today and I'm not sure the place has been cleaned since I was there the last time and the food was once again, less than hot. The chicken tenders were edible but the fries were room temperature so I asked for new fries which were just above room temperature and warm to the touch.I also noticed pre made food items setting on the slide where the cooks pass it to the front. I'm guessing they just make stuff and hope someone buys it. Probably explains why the food is cold when received.Needless to say, today was definitely my last trip to the Spruce Pine Hardee's

The burgers are cooked on the west coast and ship... read more It has been 5-6 years since I last visited Hardee's and unfortunately, their food is still not cooked on site. The burgers are cooked on the west coast and shipped to east coast locations where they are microwaved before serving. Aware of this, I opted for a couple of chili dogs instead. However, to my disappointment, they were served cold. It seems I will never learn.
