After we wait for over thirty minutes, we have the other half of our food. the first to eat we received was cold until then, I ask the manager to talk to me. When she got out, I'll ask what the deal was. she said it took 52 people to load this and she did it with 20. They had at least 6 people we saw. when I asked about the job, she said he was a young punk. very professional! we will never spend a red cent there again. only give 1 star because zero is no option.

I understand that the job can be tough, but there's no justification for such rudeness towards customers. Additionally, the wait times are often ridiculously long.

There were only three other couples in the dining room, so it was puzzling why it took so long. Not only did we face an unnecessary wait, but it also seemed like the prices had nearly doubled!

I suspect they were j... read more When we got to the window, we were told they could only fulfill 2 out of our 5 orders because they simply didn’t have the items available. I suspect they were just too lazy to prepare fresh food. The meals we received were barely warm, heavily greasy, and the chicken was incredibly tough. It was clear that our food had not been freshly made. To make matters worse, we could hear swearing coming from the kitchen—definitely not something kids should be exposed to. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. They really need to replace their management and staff. I'm thoroughly disappointed by my experience and will certainly be avoiding this location for a long time. It's a truly subpar KFC/Taco Bell!
