I visited this restaurant while in town visiting my father. It is a charming spot with a variety of delicious vegan dishes. I will definitely return the next time I am in Springfield. #Veganuary

I visited this restaurant today with my coworkers and found it to be a great place to eat near our office. They have a variety of options and cater well to vegans, with clearly marked menu items. The only confusion I had was figuring out which pancake toppings were vegan and how to customize my drinks to be vegan. The food is good, but not amazing to me, as I'm not a huge fan of Dutch cuisine. Despite that, I always enjoy dining here with my coworkers and find the restaurant's atmosphere to be relaxing.

What a gem in Springfield!! I had a hard time deciding as There are so many vegan options on the menu. My meal was delicious and can’t wait to go back and try others. I forget the name of it but I had a Brat with mashed potatoes and veggies with sunflower pesto. So yummy! They also have vegan breakfast items but I was there for dinner

I went here frequently and have tried most of their vegan options. The food is pretty good, with the vegetable soup and tofu scramble being my favorite dishes. Customer service is horrible- they are entitled millennials who ban people who question them- know 4 separate groups that have been “cancelled” by this pretentious place. Eat there but don’t question anything or make any kind of concern or they will ban you. This happened shortly after a waiter ran up fake tips and they called us later to tell us, and then gave us a gift card we never got to use because they found a reason to not let us come back when we complained about the service. It's a wonderful location and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are warm and fun--they dressed up on Halloween 2021. They were very helpful in picking what to eat. My wife and I had never had Dutch food before and were lost but the staff were excellent. Many great options for vegans (I recommend tofu kapsalon), but also options for your non-vegan friends and family who might balk at a vegan-only place. This is my go-to restaurant when I am in Springfield ever since my first visit. Criticism: They really ought to mark the vegetarian options. They have tons, but they only mark vegan. They have some dishes that will never work as vegan, but several others that easily could if they used a single substitution, like vegan ice cream. It would be low-effort to make that available but they haven't. I expect management/owners would listen if suggestions were made.
