Feedback
Fire Ice restaurant, located within a hotel, offers a unique dining experience with a menu that may be considered limited by some. Despite the mediocre dishes, the appetizers are a standout. The service is top-notch, but the construction in the building may have caused a bit of disorganization during one visit. Despite this, the signature drinks are fantastic, and the meal overall was superb in taste and appearance. The restaurant has a cool and comfortable vibe, perfect for a casual night out. The only downside seems to be the noise level at times, with the possibility of hearing kids playing in the pool area. Overall, Fire Ice is a great choice for those looking for good food and service in a cozy atmosphere.

Nice restaurant setting & the bar covered in ice is a nice touchFood had good presentation, but had the chance to be so much more.
Let me just start this review by saying, WOW! This was my first time eating here and I was completely blown away by the food and the service. The two ladies working today made sure I had everything I needed. So to begin, I walked in a little after noon whenthe restaurantwasn't busy. I soon learned that the lamb is not served until after 4pm. The waitress spoke with the kitchen on mybehalf and was able to place the lamb as my entree. Red Wine: I ordered the Oak Trinity Cabernet. This was the cheaper of thered wine, but was good. I'm not a fan of overly sweet reds or too bitter. It sat perfectly on the palate. Pot Stickers: Thewaitress came out and informed me to order them fried next time. When I said I thought they were by default, she had them flashfried for me. They came out perfectly crisp. Not dark or overcooked on any part of any of the dumplings. Without the sauce, these Pot Stickers are flavorful. They honestly can be eaten as they are. I ate several of them this way. Lamb Chops: The lambchops were cooked medium to medium-well. Served with Asparagus and Potatoe Wedges. They drizzled what I believe was a lightcranberry sauce over top of the Lamb Chops. It wasn't needed but added a nice contrast to the taste of the Lamb Chops. Theydefinitely made it on my top 10 restaurant for Lamb Chops. The only thing I did not eat was the Wedges, and that's because Idon't normally eat them. Strawberry Cheesecake: You can taste the time it took to purree the Cheesecake. My first bite intothis thing, I was shocked how good it was. I'm a big Cheesecake fan and I will most certainly be coming back for one. Just theCheesecake alone. Yes, it's that good. I'm glad I was in the restaurant at the time I was to truly appreciate the food and theservice provided here.
Walking in, you're instantly enthralled with a fascinating fire illusion decor piece. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. The bar and open kitchen create an upscale, yet relaxed environment. Very nice vibes. We were seated quickly and promptly visited bya charming server. They were attentative and knowledgeable of the menu. The prices were reasonable, considering it's a higherend steakhouse. We placed our orders a cup of one of the daily soups, a side caesar salad, dry aged ribeye with accompanyingsides, seared salmon with accompanying sides, and creme brulee for dessert. We also ordered some wine to pair with thedishes. Let's start with dessert my personal favourite part of the meal. It was absolutely perfect. Delicately toasted sugartop and a velvety vanilla custard underneath. I'd come back for the creme brulee alone. The soup was delicious. A creamy chickenpoblano soup that I'll be thinking about for weeks...and may try recreating. The salad was alright, apart from a bit of badlettuce and the dressing being anchovy heavy. The salmon was cooked just right; glistening on the inside and crisp on theoutside. The risotto paired with it was interesting. A tad gummy, but the salty bacon and sweet corn complimented the rest ofthe dish. The dry aged ribeye was lack luster. The entire plate was okay. I was most excited about this dish in particular andI was dissapointed. The ribeye itself was oddly cooked, half being medium and half being medium rare. The mashed potatoes wereboring and flat, the sweet chili style green beans felt out of place. It needed a sauce. The menu online mentioned a winereduction, but the plate didn't have one on it. All in all, a nice meal with excellent service. I'd like to come back and trymore on the menu.
