I was exposed to Covid last weekend, and since my birthday was on Thursday, I decided to visit the drive-thru to order my birthday drink instead of going inside... read more I was exposed to Covid last weekend, and since my birthday was on Thursday, I decided to visit the drive-thru to order my birthday drink instead of going inside. Unfortunately, they told me I couldn't place my birthday drink order. Talk about a letdown! The drive-thru line was also incredibly long. When I got to the window, I tried to find out the name of the woman who said I couldn’t get my drink, but the manager ended up taking my order instead. Thank you, Rolling Road Starbucks team! (Except for the girl who made me feel like I waited in line for nothing and denied my birthday drink.) This could have been a 5-star experience otherwise.

I tried 2 new to me items, o... read more I'm stopping by yet another Starbucks today. This one is especially good, nice friendly service, and quick preparation of my order. I tried 2 new to me items, one the cashier Ryan suggested his own creation: salted pumpkin cold brew and from their mainmenu a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. Both were delicious!

I had order a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I needed to wait because my sandwich was not ready. The staff asked me to pull to the side and he'd bring it out, he brought my sandwich outalong with a complimentary sandwich and was very pleasant.

Avoid this Starbucks if you're planning to pay with a $100 bill. The employee with glasses and a cheerful voice claimed they "don’t have change." I've never enc... read more Avoid this Starbucks if you're planning to pay with a $100 bill. The employee with glasses and a cheerful voice claimed they "don’t have change." I've never encountered this issue at other Starbucks locations that accept larger bills without a problem. It might just be this particular employee, as I've had no issues with Supervisor George or the tall, experienced manager in the past—they both can break bills without hesitation. Unfortunately, this glasses-wearing employee seems to consistently refuse. I know another customer who has faced the same issue with larger bills from her as well. On a side note, this Starbucks is always packed. The drive-thru is busy nonstop for most of the day, making it tough to navigate in and out of the shopping center. So, why is it that they always seem to be out of change when she’s working?
