Here, you get am... read more This restaurant reminds me of my favorite mom-and-pop spots in San Francisco. I've had much worse sushi and Japanese food that cost a lot more. Here, you get amazing value and delicious, straightforward dishes, all served by genuinely kind people. The eel avocado was fantastic — the avocado was perfectly ripe and the grilled unagi was just right. The unagidon ($19) came with two generous pieces of unagi, and the shrimp tempura roll was served warm and crispy. I encourage you to join their growing fan base; you won't be disappointed. It's the perfect stop before heading to the new Whole Foods in Springfield to avoid making hasty, hangry shopping choices!

Even though I've moved a bit farther away, I still make the trip whenever I'm in the area to enjoy delicious food and have friendly chats with the staff. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff always remembers me and genuinely inquires about how I've been. The food is consistently fantastic, but I really enjoy catching up with the staff even more. I can’t wait for my next visit! - Nick
