It’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The chicken was stale and rubbery; I couldn’t even chew it. I ended up having to throw the meal away. Additionally, some items were missing from my order.

This kfc is a sweat. the half of the time they are out of the hull, was their ice machine for like a month, and the prices go again and again for smaller and sm... read more This kfc is a sweat. the half of the time they are out of the hull, was their ice machine for like a month, and the prices go again and again for smaller and smaller portion sizes. eating is almost always cold and dry. the drive-thru itself is so full of potholes that they are almost impossible to avoid as one is right on the way to the pick-up window. don't waste your time at this place.

They served old, c... read more Please retrain the staff: Two employees working the drive-thru were extremely rude, showed poor customer service, and acted unprofessionally. They served old, cold, hard chicken. If the workers are unhappy or management is ineffective, they should stay home. Avoid this location and cook at home instead.

Frequently, they run out of chicken, the ice machine was broken for nearly a month, and the menu prices keep rising while the portion sizes get smaller. The food is usually cold and dry. Additionally, the drive-thru is full of potholes, making it difficult to navigate—one even lies right in front of the pick-up window. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
