I tried to call the load and what they know they don't answer. never. I'm as disappointed as I love kfc.

They served old, c... read more Please retrain the staff: Two employees working the drive-thru were extremely rude, showed poor customer service, and acted unprofessionally. They served old, cold, hard chicken. If the workers are unhappy or management is ineffective, they should stay home. Avoid this location and cook at home instead.
