They charged us $15 without our knowledge for sitting upstairs, and they charged us $3.50 each for water without even mentioning it! I will never return!

I had a very frustrating experience with their delivery service. Their partnership with DoorDash seems inadequate, and when I called to inquire about my order after it was supposed to be delivered, they claimed they don’t handle deliveries. After I explained that I had paid for delivery, they realized my order was indeed through DoorDash, yet there was nothing they could do, even though I ordered directly from their website. I even asked to cancel my order, but they were unable to assist with that as well. Our burger arrived an hour and a half late, and, as expected, it was cold. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Great service but the food I got was not good. I got the Polpeta Sliders which was 1 burger size cold and bland. The Buffalo wings were nothing special. Will not go

We left this place with a bad experience.after we drove for an hour to try this place, the owner literally kicked us out for not having a reservation while all of his tables were empty. we get the fact of his reservations but the deal was the attitude and the way he managed the situation. the entire staff was friendly and attentive but clearly they couldn’t do anything aside from what the owner said. There’s no hospitality or empathy when his only answer was “i need you to leave”. you can definitely expect that from anyone else but the owner.we ended having some food to go but of course we’ll never are gonna come back.

These burgers are absolutely massive! It's a bit of a confusing location because there are three restaurants that operate out of this one kitchen, kind of like a brick and mortar ghost kitchen, which I thought was confusing and can lead to long wait times. There isn't a lot of seating, and I personally thought the music was turned up very loud. The staff were very nice though, maybe a little disorganized, but very nice and accommodating. But enough about the place, the food was great! The burgers are massive, juicy, and messy! a bit pricey, kind of like Five Guys price range but it is money not wasted. The fries were cooked to Perfection as well! Had my fill, and loved every Bite, couldn't eat for the rest of the day haha. They even have a challenge burger, which, after trying one of their normal burgers, good luck attempting.Overall a great burger place, and I can't wait to try it again with more friends!
