They stuck up the middle finger at me and pointed at me after I did nothing and made fun of me
The customer service was lacking, and they wouldn't even provide a complimentary cup of water.
I spoke to the manager about the situation, but she dismissed me without providing any explanation. It's clear that they just wanted to leave for the night. If they're supposed to be open until 8 PM, they should take orders up until that time. The food court and mall were still relatively busy, and a staff member cleaning up even found the situation amusing. I believe there are other places that truly value their customers and their time, as well as provide better service.
They offer daily specials, and the women at the cash register are always helpful.
