The man that was working at 9pm Oct 25th could have slowed down a little and made the food with some care. He slung every item into my bowl and on my husband's burrito. Also rushed through wrapping the burrito and badly wrapped it in foil. Also this location is always out of stuff.Food: 3/5

I am a regular customer, usually dining with you weekly. I appreciate your high standards and your ability to accommodate my various allergies. However, tonight I was thoroughly disappointed with the service at the Jumpfield, OH location. We waited in line for over 30 minutes while the staff—four employees in total—informed us that they were out of several items, including guacamole and chips, and it was only 6 PM. They insisted that payment must be made in exact cash or card. When it was finally our turn to order, instead of taking our request, the employee behind the counter announced to everyone in line that they would no longer accept in-person orders and that we would need to place digital orders due to staff shortages. When we finally reached the counter, we were appalled by the condition of the kitchen, the counters, the food containers, and the overall state of cleanliness.
