I recently visited the one in Bellefontaine, Ohio and left a negative review because it was not very good in all aspects. My wife wanted to try this one in Springfield and I was pleasantly surprised! Staff was attentive and friendly and the food was awesome! Will definitely go back to the Springfield, Ohio Chipotle!

While waiting we heard that they had run out of the fajita vegetables and guac, the former we wanted extra of and the latter we are happy we didn 't prepay extra for. Then our order was wrong where they added extra sour cream on our bowl instead of sour cream on the side making it inedible for my girlfriend. Since we were already delayed enough we didn 't even want to try getting our order fixed.Looking at the reviews now I can see we should 've never come near this location and honestly hope corporate does something about this location because they obviously won 't change on their own volition.

Today, I came specifically for chips and guacamole, but they were out of chips. I asked the manager for a discount on my order or a complimentary drink, but my request was denied. This establishment really needs better management to ensure they have sufficient stock of their products.
