this chipotle is terrible. there is a deep, deep management problem here. if it is not a thing, its other. when eating is fresh, they are out of everything. if that is short, eating is terrible (hard rice, tons of fat in meat). when picking up an order that was ordered by app, it was made 30 minutes late with never more than 3 people in the line, I was about to buy a second order and leave the first when they finally... Avoid this chipotle especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s too busy to be worth it. They run out of most things before the day is half over and pick up orders are always cold. This is the guacamole that I got. It looks disgusting!!

The man that was working at 9pm Oct 25th could have slowed down a little and made the food with some care. He slung every item into my bowl and on my husband's burrito. Also rushed through wrapping the burrito and badly wrapped it in foil. Also this location is always out of stuff.Food: 3/5

I am a regular customer, usually dining with you weekly. I appreciate your high standards and your ability to accommodate my various allergies. However, tonight I was thoroughly disappointed with the service at the Jumpfield, OH location. We waited in line for over 30 minutes while the staff—four employees in total—informed us that they were out of several items, including guacamole and chips, and it was only 6 PM. They insisted that payment must be made in exact cash or card. When it was finally our turn to order, instead of taking our request, the employee behind the counter announced to everyone in line that they would no longer accept in-person orders and that we would need to place digital orders due to staff shortages. When we finally reached the counter, we were appalled by the condition of the kitchen, the counters, the food containers, and the overall state of cleanliness. Literally will never eat here again.. if you think this place is better than Hot Head. WRONG.They gave me hot sauce instead of mild and it was literally so hot it wasn’t edible. My entire bowl was basically hot sauce. No sour cream, corn, or fajita vegetables that I asked for. Waited for my food 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. Only good thing about it was the online customer service refunded me for the inconvenience but I really don’t know how you mess up an order that bad.
