I love Mexican cuisine, but I've found it scarce in this area. I’m really grateful that this restaurant is available all over the country and wasn't just a pandemic phenomenon. Food: 5/5.

He slung every item into my bowl and on my husband's burrito. Also rushed through wrapping the burrito and badly wrapped it in foil. Also this location is always out of stuff.Food: 3/5

However, tonight... read more I am a regular customer, usually dining with you weekly. I appreciate your high standards and your ability to accommodate my various allergies. However, tonight I was thoroughly disappointed with the service at the Jumpfield, OH location. We waited in line for over 30 minutes while the staff—four employees in total—informed us that they were out of several items, including guacamole and chips, and it was only 6 PM. They insisted that payment must be made in exact cash or card. When it was finally our turn to order, instead of taking our request, the employee behind the counter announced to everyone in line that they would no longer accept in-person orders and that we would need to place digital orders due to staff shortages. When we finally reached the counter, we were appalled by the condition of the kitchen, the counters, the food containers, and the overall state of cleanliness. WRONG.They gave me hot sauce instead of mild and it was literally so hot it wasn’t edible. My entire bowl was basically hot sauce. No sour cream, corn, or fajita vegetables that I asked for. Waited for my food 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. Only good thing about it was the online customer service refunded me for the inconvenience but I really don’t know how you mess up an order that bad.
