Long John Silver's - Springfield
Long John Silver's
Description
At this establishment, diners have encountered a broad spectrum of service and food quality. Many describe overcooked dishes and unappealing flavors, citing issues like tough chicken and mushy rice. Complaints about incorrect orders and poor communication from staff further tarnish the experience. Conversely, some patrons enjoy fresh, hot meals served by friendly staff, highlighting the establishment's child-friendly atmosphere and accessibility. However, frustrations linger, particularly around management's response to customer concerns. This contrast suggests an inconsistent dining experience, leaving some customers eager to return, while others vow to seek alternatives in the future.

The food was incredibly greasy, and my sandwich was covered in a bag and wrapper. The fries weren't cooked all the way, and I had to wait 20 minutes only to receive that. The staff was extremely rude. I do not recommend eating there.
The fish had a crispy coating on the outside, but also had a soft yellow layer between the crispiness and the fish. This yellow layer had an unpleasant taste that I had never experienced before. It also seemed like they had used old fry grease. I was very dissatisfied with my meal.
Eating was fresh and hot. the author was polite and friendly. the worker at the window was very friendly and polite. child-friendly: they have children's dishes. parking: enough parking around the house. Accessibility: they have a ramp.
