I recently visited a local Chinese restaurant and have ordered from there many times without ever being disappointed. The experience was fantastic! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. My favorite dishes are the Ma-la-Han, roasted chicken rice, and the crazy fish (which is super spicy!).
The atmosphere is lovely! The restaurant is part of a hotel and everything is beautifully furnished and clean. The frozen rosé was delightful, but the chicken and waffles were a bit bland and the pizza felt frozen, which was disappointing. Despite that, the overall vibe is nice, and I plan to return.

Cathay 22 walks a fine line between authentic Chinese cuisine and the greasy American take on it, but it doesn't quite pull it off with finesse. China Chalet offers a more successful experience in comparison.
