The fish and chips, as well as the fried shrimp baskets, were delicious, with a unique and flavorful coating. The sweet potato fries were exceptional too. The beignets weren't as light as those in New Orleans, but they definitely satisfied my craving. I would have given a full five stars if they hadn't forgotten the remoulade sauce, which is essential for that authentic New Orleans experience. I also appreciated that everything arrived hot since we had quite a drive from the restaurant. I will definitely order from here again!
