Baskin-robbins - Springfield

I recently stopped by a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins to pick up a cake for work. When I arrived in the morning, the staff informed me that my cake wasn't ready and wouldn't be available for over an hour, which was frustrating since I needed it right away. However, later in the day, I received a call from the owner, who sincerely apologized for the mix-up. He offered to personally deliver the cake to me wherever I was that afternoon, free of charge. I truly appreciate his efforts to resolve the situation, and I will definitely continue to frequent this location, as they clearly go above and beyond for their customers.
