**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Flavors and Service** At this popular taco spot, opinions vary widely. Many diners rave about the fresh, pressed-to-order tortillas and the flavorful carnitas, praising the efficient service and reasonable prices. However, some reviews highlight notable issues such as soggy tacos wrapped in foil and underwhelming burrito bowls lacking essential ingredients. While the dining area may not provide an inviting atmosphere, the convenience for takeout keeps customers returning. Overall, this restaurant offers a promising experience for those seeking quick bites, though consistency in food quality and presentation remains a concern.

Fresh food, friendly hard working staff. Never have to wait long for delivery orders. The orders I've placed for myself were always on point as well. Just be careful in the parking lot, it gets congested easily. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Luis Arroyo dislikes about Pancheros Mexican Grill:
Love this franchise, the fresh pressed to order tortillas, chips and queso and the carnitas are all great. The issue I have with this location is both times I've been here my tortilla has been raw both times, also, when my burrito is about to be closed it hasn't been mixed both times. These are the main reasons I go to pancheros when I can and it's just a bummer looking forward to the great stuff the franchise does j... View all feedback.
I ordered a chicken burrito filled with rice, black beans, grilled peppers, cheese, corn, and guacamole. I’m definitely planning to return to try other protein options, especially the carnitas. The prices are reasonable overall, although I felt that the cost for just two tacos was slightly high, which is why I opted for the burrito instead since it was only a dollar more. Surprisingly, I ended up spending less than I would have at Chipotle, and personally, I prefer Pancheros over them. As for the atmosphere, it isn't particularly inviting for a sit-down meal, as there’s no music or modern decor to enhance the experience. However, it’s a convenient spot to grab food to go, making it worth a visit if that’s your preference.

The food is delicious, but every time I order I don't get quite what I wanted. I pay for sour cream and guac I'd like to get it. Still better than Chipotle, but not quite 5 stars.
Pancheros continues to be my go-to place well before any of the other brands such as chipotle. They mix everything together in their burritos so you actually get everything in one bite, AND they make the flour shell right there on the spot. I dropped itone star for a couple of reasons, and I hope the manager sees this and can possibly do something about it: 1 you occasionallyhave shrimp? but why only occasionally? That is my number one thing to get in my burritos. If you had shrimp always on yourmenu, I?d be visiting you twice a week on my lunch breaks. I bet you that others would do the same. Many people are avoidingmeat, but they still eat seafood. You?re missing out on a major component of your burritos. No one is going to want to call tosee if you have it, and therefore you?re likely missing out on completely dominating the market because you?re so much betterthan the others without a doubt. 2 hate to say it, but, if someone gets a veggie burrito and they?re not adding meat (which iscostly , guac should absolutely be free. Only in that scenario, though. Those little things make a big difference to yourcustomers, and may be that one added thing that make people choose the competition, instead. Everyone is always nice andwelcoming at this location. Perhaps if you make those two changes, I?ll see more of ya?s :
