this place looks like a health risk when we went to the house. the walls and floors are dirty. the grill plates are not completely cleaned and have residue. the grill plates were also stored in a container on the floor near the bathroom with heavy foot traffic. bathrooms need a serious cleaning. the kitchen contains a hanging material partition, which is once white, but partly yellow and discolored. the water was ser... This restaurant is fantastic! The service is excellent, the food is delicious with a variety of side dishes, and the atmosphere is perfect for large group gatherings. I highly recommend this place for dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. Overall, I give it a perfect rating of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
The service at this restaurant was lacking. There were only two staff members on duty, and we witnessed them having an argument while we were eating. A group of customers walked in but left because there was no one at the cash register to help them. Despite the poor service, we enjoyed the Korean BBQ dishes. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50-100 Recommended dishes: Korean BBQ
We decided to take my mother to Surah for dinner on Mother's Day since she was interested in trying Korean BBQ. We had made a reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival. We opted for the all you can eat BBQ dinner, which cost about $45 per person and included bulgogi on the menu. However, after ordering our first round of meat, we found ourselves having to flag down a server for rice, water refills, and other items. While there were brief moments of attentiveness, overall we had to continuously seek out assistance. Additionally, we noticed small details such as mismatched plastic water pitchers on the tables with faded labels and the staff not wearing a uniform (even simple black t-shirts with the restaurant's name and black pants). The bathrooms were not well-maintained and the floors were slippery and greasy. The entire establishment could benefit from a thorough cleaning, improved employee training, and possibly new management. The food itself was delicious, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. A visit from someone like Robert Irvine might be able to help them improve.
The restaurant offers unlimited portions of high quality, delicious food. The staff is helpful, especially for newcomers to Korean BBQ. However, the restaurant could use a fresh coat of paint as it seems to have been a while since any updates have been made.
The inefficient staff at this restaurant are slow to bring out food, preventing you from getting the full value of the all-you-can-eat option. The service is very poor and not worth it. The food received a rating of 2, the service a rating of 1, and the atmosphere a rating of 4.
