Spring House Tavern
Spring House Tavern
Description
The Springhouse Tavern offers a mixed experience, with some diners enjoying the consistent food, service, and ambiance, while others were disappointed by overcooked, cold, and dry dishes. The limited Valentine's Day menu received mixed reviews, with some customers finding the food good, but the service rushed and inattentive. However, the historic setting and pleasant atmosphere make it a convenient meeting place for friends and family. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a warm and inviting dining experience, with some room for improvement in terms of food quality and service.

The food quality was very good, the presentation was average. Could easily move to 4.5 with better effort. This improvement is mostly directed at the serving stations. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
We had the best experience at Spring House Tavern for our annual extended family Christmas. Karleigh was amazing to work with in planning. Our server, Emma, was the best!!! Food was excellent, the plated meal was impressive to the family and all the plates were empty at the end . It was great to be able to select the meal on the day. Free parking and with plenty of parking spaces. Highly recommend Spring House Tavern for your family event!!
First time going here. It was my aunts retirement lunch and it was actually really good. I got the steak and eggs because it was brunch time. Our waiter was Zach. He was also the bartender at the time. You could tell because he really lacked in the serving department. He didn’t even ask us if we wanted any water refilled. Not even one time. He would ask us a question but wouldn’t even wait for an answer. We would want something but he would be already walking away too quickly to say anything. He was kind. He wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best. We were the only table in the bar so it wasn’t that he was busy either. There was one couple at the bar at one point. The food was good though and we didn’t have to wait super long. There was 8 of us. We had a reservation too so we didn’t have to wait for a table. It seemed like there was a bunch of other parties in other parts of the restaurant going on so it seems to be a popular place for that. The bathroom looked clean. I liked the room we were in too. It was aesthetic with its wooden exposed beams and the light fixtures were pretty. Parking: Very big parking lot. But you can’t turn left at the closest one to the restaurant but there is another out where there is a red light and you can turn either way there Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and there is also really nice outside seating
