This was one of the places I was most excited to try when coming to Chicago. I had never seen a roof top Chinese restaurant before especially one that has a dumpling menu. For a restaurant that is in a hotel like the Peninsula and that comes with a reputation of having the best Chinese food in Chicago this was disappointing. An absolute must go to. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are so nice. Get a reservation early because it is worth it

We’re no strangers to fine dining, and no strangers to great street corner Chinatown restaurants. This was neither. Two stars only because the atmosphere was outstanding. Server was sweet, and attentive. But this is a restaurant priced as if it had a Michelin star and yet far-from delivers on that promise. I was so pleased by the dim sum and the ambiance. However, they showed completely booked out on open table for two weeks. They did let us walk in and seated us right away.
