We called several days in advance to make a reservation but received no answer, so we left two messages. When we arrived, even though our name was in the hostess book, she insisted that she had left us a message—which we never received. She spent five minutes trying to justify her position in an unpleasant confrontation, making it clear that they had forgotten to return our call. Given this situation, I would much prefer to spend my money at one of the many other restaurants on the island that have proven to provide good service and friendly staff. It would be wise for them to hire a well-trained professional for this role, as the current hostess is not a good representation of their establishment.

The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is a charming and intimate spot. The only downside was the hostess/owner, who seemed quite selective in her friendliness and tended to overlook new guests upon arrival. However, don't let that deter you—it's definitely worth a visit. I hope your experience aligns with our lovely day there!

We called days in advance for a reservation and no one answered their phone, so we left two messages for a reservation. No recall, so we went down and even though our name was in the Hostess book, she claimed that she left us a message we never received. She spent 5 minutes trying to defend her position in an evil confrontation that it was obvious that they forgot to return our call. With such a setting, I would rather spend my money on the number of other restaurants on the island that have proved to be good with pleasant staff. You should hire a professional well-trained host. She's not a good greeting for her business.
