I went through the drive through and Ordered the famous chicken sandwich combo was told to pull up to the front as it would be a 15 minute wait to cook the chicken for the sandwich. I was pretty hungry so decided to just eat in the car rather then wait to drive home. it being freshly cooked chicken you’d expect it to be hot but it was barely warm the reason For 3 stars and for the wait. It is one of original Kentucky fried chicken in Canada. The staff is friendly there. They had neat buckets for Canada day.
It was almost 6pm on a weekday and just needed a quick supper and didn't want to get out. So drive threw it is. There really wasn't much of a line. I got up to the order box and was greeted right away. The voice was clear. After I ordered my chicken it took about 5 minutes to get my food. It all went very smoothly. Got home. It came with plastic forks and knives and napkins. I used to like when KFC gave the handy wipes. the chicken was good, crispy skin very tasty not greasy. the fries well, those were soggy and wilty. It was like they cooked them an hour ago and used a microwave on them to warm them. The gravy was good, just not enough of it.
Chicken seems bigger and juicier at this location.Seems fairly quick for service,never a long wait for your order.
Paid 6.99 for 2 extra tenders. they sent me 2 chicken wings instead. 2 chicken wings....not worth 7 bucks
The chicken was tender, well cooked, and seasoned just right. The potato salad was great as well.
