Management needs a reality check__It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I am less than impressed.
On this mediocre chain restaurant, when there are so many other little locally owned gems in town. We were placed at a table then ignored for 10 minutes!!! Then moved to a different table because our server "was cut". Waited another 5 minutes before a server came. We asked for water that didn't come, asked the busser for water for the table, and our server brought one! I must say my steak tasted great, the sides were all cold, we were never asked if our food was ok, or if we wanted another beverage, the cornbread was old and cold, and the ribs were burned, but above all the service was horrible. We were there around 7:30 on a Monday night.
Took mother in law/elderly lady and wife to try it out. Service was great, food was equally tasteful and sufficient. Will be back for more.
