If you were going to cook a burger this is how you would do it. You would cook it when you were ready to eat it and not leave it in a steamer. Nice crisp fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Real cheese not processed. The service was very good and the surroundings were spotless. I'm a big guy, 6', 250lbs and one burger was plenty! Been twice now and Fatburger is now my "go to" burger place.
