We always enjoy a stop at the Cactus Club. Food is consistently excellent and staff is friendly and efficient. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Natalia and she made our dining experience the best ever! From the moment she arrived at our table and...said “hello friends”, we knew we would be well taken care of. By the time our dinner was over, we certainly felt like friends! We can’t wait to visit again! View all feedback.
What Kian Koch doesn't like about Cactus Club Cafe:
dinners with a group of 7. eating and drinks were enjoyed by all. had the lemongrass nudel bowl with huh, like someone else in our party. Although eating was very good, I had a piece of chicken breast that was only half the size of the other. the waiter even commented on the differences in size between the 2. View all feedback.
We had a great meal. Tuna poke bowl was delicious and larger than I thought it would be. Non-meat burger was large and tasty. The service was excellent. We sat in the dining room and it was nice and relatively quiet. The only issue was parking...the free parking lot isn't big enough and I did not feel like paying for parking so I had to patiently wait for someone to leave. We had an early dinner so I can only imagine what it is like to park at peak times. Regardless, very happy with the overall experience.
Absolutely incredible! We had an excellent server, the food and drinks were delicious, and the ambience was incredible. Highly recommend the Ceviche to start, Spaghetti Portafino and Creole Chicken as entrees, and the Peanut Butter Crunch Bar for dessert.
I recently dined at the Cactus Club Cafe and it exceeded my expectations. The food, including the Grilled Dijon Salmon and Steak, was cooked to perfection. It's a popular place, so make sure to reserve in advance. The flavors in the salmon were amazing, with a tangy Dijon mustard complementing the moist and flaky fish. The steak was cooked just right, tender on the inside and perfectly seared on the outside. For dessert, the Cheesecake was heavenly, creamy and rich. The staff provided friendly and efficient service despite the busy atmosphere. Overall, The Cactus Club is a must-visit for delicious food and a great dining experience.
The food here is phenomenal. we sat in the outside patio which is fully enclosed. i always recommend sitting out there cause it is so much more vibrant and lively than the dining room and lounge. every single time i come here (and that’s on a regular basis) i always get the blackened creole chicken. it is definitely spicy but it’s oh so good. i’ve been here over 5 times and never once had a bad experience with the food, staff, etc. i bring everyone here. i love this place, and i will recommend it to everyone and anyone i can. parking is always a hit or miss. either you get lucky with their free parking or you have to go find a spot at the ymca or midtown and pay per hour. definitely something that could be improved on. menu is also always offering new featured items which is good.Vegetarian options: plenty of options (menu online) and there’s lots of substitutions availableParking: limited number of free spots. always great when you can get them but don’t count on it.
Our server Jovana was simply outstanding! The foundation of the entire experience was set from the greeting each of us received from FOH, then enhanced by each of those supporting service, so that each interaction was professional, warm, welcoming, and efficient.Particularly noteworthy on a night when they were clearly slammed! The service and delicious food (shout-out to your kitchen) were on point, and on brand, for Cactus Club.Nights like this are why we chose to dine with you.Nights like this are why we will be back!Kudos to the entire team!
