Worst service ever, They forgot my orderI was waiting 20 mins in the car even after going thru a drive thru the plant based sandwich takes only 7 mins but they took 20 mins that also because I went inside to remind them and they all were laughing and not being View all feedback.

I do not order chicken very often but it seems k-fry is consistantly getting worse. The chicken always seems under-coated and the fries are terrible. The container for the fries now means they are cold from the five minute drive home. The cole slaw is meh. Time to retire the old colonel cause the chicken sure lacks the excitement from bygone years.
