On a beautiful summer day the outdoor patio is lovely and the elegant indoor dining room is always a nice choice. This is a hidden gem in Saskatoon. It never seems to be real busy when I have been there. I like that you can order off the lunch or dinner menu. The price points are $13-$16 for lunch menu items and in the $20-30 range for dinner entrees. Always excellent value in a nice setting . Highly recommended if you live in south east Saskatoon.

We were the only party in the place and I think it was the manger doted on us at the start. The menu for lunch, bar snacks, and dinner is all combined with no clear direction what we could order. Waiter had to check an confirms entire menu up for grabs...good news.Some of our party ordered smaller less expensive dishes such as fish and chips. Many ordered tenderloin with scallop upgrade.Here's where the fail occurred. All of the more pricey meals came out cold or not complete. Those that ordered more if the bar food girl what they ordered. Even though my meal wasn't most impressive experience, the place rectified by comping much of the party's bill. A class act and I would give them another shot because of the they handled our complaint. Aside from meal being cold, it was tasty.

I was seated promptly by... read more I went to 12 Barbecues for a late lunch today. The golf course was closed for the season, so it was quiet with only a few other tables. I was seated promptly by the server and given a menu right away. She suggested the pizza, so I decided to order a pepperoni and mushroom pizza along with a Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was delicious and the pizza was pretty good too! However, the pizza sauce was a bit thin and the crust was a bit soggy. Despite this, I still managed to eat half of it and took the rest home for later. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It would be great to come back and enjoy some golf during the summer, especially during Happy Hour with their enticing specials!
