What Sylvain Francois doesn't like about Spqr:
I'd expect a bit more for a $100 menu, and we tried everything. We all found it was generally too greasy (and we're European used to Italian cuisine, one of us was Italian, we are not afraid of butter and olive oil! , some did not even finish their plates. This Italian eatery always packs in a crowd, and for good reason. If you like offal or the internal organs and such of butchered animals, then this Pacific Heights restaurant is a must.
