I'd expect a bit more for a $100 menu, and we tried everything. We all found it was generally too greasy (and we're European used to Italian cuisine, one of us was Italian, we are not afraid of butter and olive oil! , some did not even finish their plates. This was an amazing experience and one of the best meals I've ever had. The service was impeccable and the wine pairing was perfect. The value is unreal!
