We enjoyed their delicious salad, Seco de Cordero, and Lomo Saltado—everything was excellent. The passion fruit panna cotta dessert was a particular favorite. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, like a cozy neighborhood spot. My friend really enjoyed her pisco sour. The service was outstanding, and I would definitely return! View all feedback.
What ElizabethM dislikes about Piqueos:
Our group of four loved the food!! Every dish was very good or great. The ceviche was wonderful, the salad was really tasty (and served all four of us). The Peruvian take on paella was excellent. Those who ate it loved the spare ribs and tuna tartare. The pisco sours were delicious! The music was too loud for us but the friendly, if multi-person, service was generally attentive. The decor was fun and the place pretty... View all feedback.
So goodI was in the neighborhood a few months back, and while I had time to spare, I walked up and down Cortland Ave.
I had high expectations for this restaurant and leaving with an expensive bill and disappointed was not my intention.
Small spot (tables very close together) in Bernal Heights neighborhood Great wine list, and really fresh food.
Great Peruvian restaurant! The service was excellent, and the food was both delicious and full of flavor. We enjoyed the Peruvian seafood paella and the LOMO Saltado. Although the steak lacked a bit of acidity, it was juicy and tender overall.
