This restaurant is a popular spot with a happy hour. The staff greets you warmly, but there is usually a wait for a table around 6pm even though there are some available. The selection of wines by the glass is limited but of good quality. The menu is focused, with starters being a filling portion for a meal. The entrees are decent, with the Salmon being good but not the best I've had. The service is okay, more on the... View all feedback.
What Montana Leannon dislikes about Corridor:
Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instea... View all feedback.
Wow what a great find in the city! We stumbled across this cozy little restaurant right beside the Nourse Theatre and decided to give it a shot.
I had a great experience at Trestle previously, and was excited to see that the same group opened Corridor Restaurant.
I'm not a fan of the furniture, especially the seatsThey felt like I was sitting on/in a shovel.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is friendly! I have visited both locations, and Brentwood is definitely the best!
I discovered this restaurant after passing by it many times and decided to give it a try after attending a show at the SF Symphony. The restaurant has a modern and open design, located on the bottom floor of a building, making it a welcoming place. During Happy Hour, they offered beer, wine, and mocktails for $5. I started with their Grüner wine and some appetizers before moving on to the main course. The Grüner wine was a new experience for me and I found it to be a positive one, with a drier and less sweet flavor profile compared to a Sav Blanc. The Monkey Bread was decadent, topped with baked cheese and basil aioli. The spicy meatballs were not as spicy as expected, but the tomato sauce complemented them well. The flatbread with dips was okay, but not as impressive as I had hoped. For the entree, I had the Pan Roasted Salmon with cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and walnut pesto. The char on the vegetables added to the flavor of the salmon, which was cooked perfectly and not overcooked. The walnut pesto provided a nutty and earthy sauce to the dish. Overall, I think this restaurant is a good choice for a decent meal, albeit a bit pricey. The Happy Hour offers good value for beer and wine.
