The ‘small chips’ was definitely small, but I didn’t mind that BUT the fillets of fish were a little bigger than a Fish Finger! Lost us as customers forever!

When I noticed that the price I was being charged differed from what was listed on their website and Facebook page, I brought it to the attention of the owner/manager. Rather than addressing my concerns politely, she brusquely informed me that prices go up during the summer. When I pointed out that it was actually autumn, she responded that I could either "pay the price or leave." Given the other negative reviews, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting the quality of the food, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. People like this should not be in the hospitality industry.

The manager, Shaun, seemed indifferent to our concerns. If he isn’t the owner, he should definitely be replaced; if he is the owner, then it's unfortunate for his employees that the establishment may be headed for failure.
