The staff was wonderful and welcoming, greeting everyone and checking in on how our day was going. Even the manager interacted with us and every guest in the restaurant. If I were job hunting, I’d want to work here—everyone seemed happy and worked well together. The food was fantastic—I had a jalapeño cheeseburger, and my husband was very impressed with his cheeseburger. He also really enjoyed the fries, which is saying a lot since he’s very particular about them; they were served hot and tasted great. We’ll definitely be dining at Whataburger again!

I don’t understand how it can take more than 30 minutes to prepare just two burgers, yet they somehow manage to do it. It almost feels like they purposely make the process as slow as possible. The menu offers good options, but the wait really detracts from the experience.
