I came across this restaurant while looking for a place to eat. The dining area was empty, probably because it was between meal times, but I was seated in less than a minute. I decided to try a classic pepperoni pizza to evaluate the quality, and it was absolutely fantastic! The pizza didn’t meet the expectations I had. Maybe I just happened to get a bad one, but mine was quite greasy, and the crust became soggy just a few minutes after it was served. The cheese bread also lacked flavor and faced the same issue as the pizza. Adding some garlic or seasoning to the crust could really enhance it. The Utility Brewing Company is a must-visit spot in downtown Ruston. Everything there is fantastic. I highly recommend the Vinna salad and all the pizzas on the menu are delicious. They offer a variety of beers brewed onsite and a small selection of cocktails. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a great dining experience.
I'm last week for the first time for a meet greet with my employer and colleague here. the service was great and the food was even better. I'm going back to the mushroom pizza! that was the best pizza I ever had. ?
Just what downtown Ruston needed! Great beer (Honey Saison , delicious pizza, and the atmosphere is unlike anything else in the city. Well done, guys! Keep on moving and shaking and bringing folks together!
Good beer and pizza. NOT A BREWERY! absolutely no way to just get a beer if you want one. Even the “bar” is treated as a restaurant. Definitely not a brewery. It’s a pizza place that just so happens to make beer. Disappointing.
