Was happy to find a whataburger on my way through Louisiana. Food was great, but was really impressed with the staff. Very friendly, and incredibly helpful.

The bacon and cheese burger at Whataburger was excellent! The fries were also tasty and perfectly seasoned. While the bathrooms could use some improvement and aren't ideal for a rest stop, the staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Overall, Whataburger’s menu offers great options worth trying.

This was our first visit to Whataburger during a long drive when we needed a quick break. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, greeting everyone and checking in on how our day was going. Even the manager interacted with us and every guest in the restaurant. If I were job hunting, I’d want to work here—everyone seemed happy and worked well together. The food was fantastic—I had a jalapeño cheeseburger, and my husband was very impressed with his cheeseburger. He also really enjoyed the fries, which is saying a lot since he’s very particular about them; they were served hot and tasted great. We’ll definitely be dining at Whataburger again!

I ordered through the app, which said my meal would be ready by 12:45. However, there was no check-in button for counter pickup. I arrived at 12:41 and informed the staff about my mobile order. The employee checked the screen and told me there was no order under my name. I showed him my mobile order receipt, and he went to the back, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes. By then, it was past 12:45. When he finally returned and saw me waiting, he appeared quite anxious. He checked the screen again, and to my surprise, my order showed up at 12:52. I received my food shortly after that and went to my car. Upon opening the burger, I was disappointed to find it poorly assembled—lettuce was falling out, and there was more sauce on the packaging than on the burger itself. I've had no issues with the app at other Whataburger locations, so maybe their system was having problems. In any case, the burger could have been put together much better. While I'm not saying I won't return, I don't plan to go back anytime soon.

The service is incredibly disappointing. If they don't improve their speed in getting orders out, I worry they'll go out of business. The food is excellent, but waiting in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes to an hour is unacceptable, especially when there weren't many cars ahead of me. If they could boost their efficiency and customer service, like Chick-fil-A does, this place could really thrive.
