The hostess was inattentive and got my name, address, and phone number wrong despite my having to repeat them multiple times. To make matters worse, we ended up receiving someone else's order. When I called to report the mistake, the response was dismissive, and I was put on hold for an unusually long time. After being disconnected when I called back, my husband finally managed to reach someone. However, when I spoke to the manager about the unprofessional behavior of her staff, she defended them by explaining that they were just 16 years old. Even after I clarified the situation, her response was flippant. Ultimately, she hung up on me without resolving the issue. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as it's evident that the staff’s disrespectful behavior reflects the manager's own attitude.

The... read more I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The cheese curds were fantastic and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the pizza was disappointing. The sauce was lacking in flavor, and it felt more like toppings on flatbread rather than a proper pizza. All we could really taste was the cheese. Perhaps having the cheese curds first influenced our expectations for the pizza. Despite the pizza not being to our liking, I still like the restaurant and plan to give it another shot. Next time, though, I'll pass on the pizza since it doesn’t suit our tastes.

We understand it wa... read more We visited the restaurant to catch a football game and grab a bite to eat but decided to leave early due to the poor service we experienced. We understand it was busy, especially on a Sunday during football season, but we were disappointed nonetheless. After ordering an appetizer of boneless wings and letting our waitress know we’d place our meal orders later, we found ourselves without plates, utensils, or napkins when the wings arrived. The waitress placed the wings on our table and immediately walked away, leaving us with no way to enjoy our food until we had to get our own supplies. Although the wings were tasty, we ended up waiting a long time for her to return. By the time she did, we were already getting ready to leave. We paid our bill and left disappointed. This was our first experience dining at this location, as we had previously had no problems with delivery or visits to other locations. Unfortunately, this visit did not go well.
