Wonderful customer service! great food! my man loves the summer rolls and I love the drachenrolles.

Chicken hibachi combo is a way into our household. the best of this place is, everything tastes clean. great taste without the extra oil and salt like most places. oh and sushi is fantastic.

As many reviews have noted, they don't actually make your food unless you're standing there watching them like a hawk. We even walked in and ordered at the counter, paid in cash, and were told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Stupidly, we left to get gas and came back to find...they hadn't even started the order! I watched as someone else walked in, placed their order, sat down, and got their food ahead of us (now 50 minutes after we'd placed the order). The food, when it finally arrived, was good, but the service at this place is complete trash. The dining room is super depressing and not someplace (especially during Covid) that you want to spend 50 minutes of life waiting for food. I, like all of us, have downgraded our service expectations during Covid, but this service was still amazingly bad. I would avoid this place unless you've got several hours of your life to throw away while waiting.

Edit: After reading other poor reviews about online orders, felt I should add my experience. I've ordered online 4 times now, and always had my order ready within 30 minutes. These were each large orders (family of four with two teens I order on their website, not through GrubHub, that might be the difference.This was our first time trying Fusion, and we loved it! Four of us all trying different dishes, and each was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back again soon.
