We arrived at around 12:40pm, which is a very busy time, but the line moved quickly and smoothly. Both cashiers were friendly and attentive. Our food came out very quickly. Overall, it was a perfect 10 experience!
I love McDonald's. I have visited multiple locations and this one is my favorite. The service is fast and friendly, and my meal was cooked perfectly. The Big Mac is a classic and one of the best sandwiches ever created. It was put together perfectly and didn't fall apart while I ate it, which other Big Mac fans would appreciate. The cheeseburgers and fries were also delicious. The only downside is that no one answered the phone when I called to ask about breakfast options. Overall, I still love McDonald's!
Usually when you think of a McDonald 's you think fast and convenient which are the only reasons I 'll ever go to a McDonald 's but unfortunately these two traits are NOT present here. While food is consistent and good quality (for fast food) the efficiency isn 't there. I wouldn 't even bother with the drive through because it 's usually stand still. I once walked into a full on argument with some shouting going on in the back. I am not lost to the fact that people get stressed out at times but this simply isn 't professional.
Be kind. Be patient. The minimal staff they have at least show up. Diane is an absolute gem and always keeps a positive attitude. Customer service is the worst job in the world post COVID. Be thankful for the ones that show up to deal with horrible humans!
The manager, Allison, lacks decorum. When we approached her, she curtly asked us what we wanted. On a previous visit, we arrived 15 minutes before closing time and she refused to serve us, even snatching the menu from my hand. Her disrespectful behavior and lack of customer service skills make her unfit for her position.
