Subway - Rosemount

Earlier today, I entered this Subway and was greeted by the staff with a clean and pleasant welcome.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, and the lobby and bathrooms are very clean. Dining in is always a pleasant experience. The lady at the checkout always reminds me about the survey I can take to receive 2 free cookies or a fountain drink. She wishes me to have a great day as well!

Stopped by after Friday evening game to feed the players. The restaurant was empty. The veggies were in bad shape. The two women behind the counter looked and acted like they would rather be elsewhere. When we asked them to avoid the wilted veggies, theattitude laden response was palpable. The place definitely looked like they needed our business, but was not doing much to earnit.

Doordashed something small and I found multiple strands of long blonde hair in my food. On top of that the sandwich itself was completely mangled to where I had to reconstruct the thing, and I know for a fact it wasn?t the dashers fault. I don?t normallyleave reviews but this was absolutely disgusting and majorly disappointing after a long and hard day. Do not eat here even as alast resort.

Visited today and Tyler provided excellent service with quick speed and a pleasant attitude.
