Every time I dine in, it’s always a delightful experience. The woman at the checkout always reminds me about the survey I can complete to earn either two free cookies or a fountain drink. She also wishes me a great day!

The two women w... read more I stopped by after a Friday evening game to grab a meal for the team. The restaurant was completely empty. The vegetables were not fresh at all. The two women working behind the counter seemed more interested in being anywhere else. When we requested that they skip the wilted veggies, their visibly negative attitude was hard to miss. It was clear that the restaurant could use our business, but they were not doing much to earn it.

The staff appeared to have a negative attitude while I was merely trying to place an order for a sub. They were shaking their heads and making comments as more customers arrived. It seems to be a management issue, as there was only one employee making the sandwiches and managing the register. Subway, what’s going on with this situation?
