I’ve encountered one problem after another at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is consistently melted, the lines are excessively long, and it takes far too long to fulfill simple orders because the staff seems to be distracted. I once asked for a cheesecake blizzard without strawberries and they refused my request. Today was the final straw; I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and found only four pieces of cookie dough... We went to get a couple of blizzards and waited way to long for them. Then one comes out wrong. Employees are to busy playing around to take good care of customers. Place is dirty and sticky on the inside. This is signs of poor management. Maybeshould have some managers on duty at all times. Not sure we will ever go back.
Awful. Got there at 832. Eighth in line. Left at 847. Still eighth in line. Went across the street , ordered, paid, received and left and the car that was in front of me at DQ was still there. It looked like they stopped taking orders cuz theline was the same and there was no one at the window. You guys really gotta get your act together. This experience was justawful. Wish I could give 0 stars.
They forgot my onion rings, but apart from that, the order was good.
The food was delicious and served hot. The blizzard was delightful and packed with cookie dough! Our delivery person arrived really quickly.
The shake was missing both the whipped cream and the cherry. I'm just about to check the rest of the order.
