It's a really nice and cozy atmosphere inside! And not too loud either. Food was pretty good, but kitchen was slammed and some stuff was a little cold, but the burger was juicy and flavorful! And the warm cookie with the vanilla bean ice cream was AWESOME for dessert and definitely big enough to split, so just order one! Great date night for $50! This is a chain restaurant with a salad buffet and American menu. It's not the best place to eat, but it falls in line with other similar chains like Applebee's and Fridays in terms of quality. I really enjoyed the salad bar. There were a variety of fresh toppings on top of crisp, freshly washed lettuce.
There were very few salad choices available and the ones that were offered were wilted and tough. After a customer complained, fresh ingredients were brought out, but there were no plates available for serving. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Server Eliana and Chef Simon made my day. Eliana was very polite and attentive throughout the meal, while Chef Simon cooked my steak perfectly. I loved it! Thank you both, you are wonderful. I will definitely come back again, 100% satisfied.
Didn’t get seated. All staff was busy with a regular’s party so no one available to serve us. We seated ourselves. HD to track down a waitress. Salad bar was empty. Was told sorry but they were all participating in party. Finally went to refill salad bar because we were standing there waiting. Never saw waitress after that. Had to locate to refill drinks and take plates away. When complained to waitress she was rude to us about it. I’ll never go back.
Not the Ruby Tuesday from 15 years ago. The food was basically 98% frozen, bland and poorly reheated. Slow service. Paying the check was the most awkward experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The server set the card reader on the table and stared at it while I tipped, how strange; at least hold it and let it face me. Kids Mac and cheese was very old and dry. Potato skins barely had cheese with suspect sour cream. The tables are rundown and need renovated. I honestly wish I just went to get fast food. How does this place have 4 stars?!

I like to give my honest opinion based on my own experience. After shopping at Lowe's and feeling hungry, we chose to dine at Ruby Tuesday (Riverview) since it was conveniently located nearby.

Had a great dinner here ....had the chopped cobb kale salad... it was delicious and the waiter was wonderful..
The bacon cheeseburger is WONDERFUL! I'm surprised every time how delicious and juicy the burger is. It's perfection!
Always went their and enjoyed it. Food was fresh and as good as many other place. The real attraction was the great salad bar which some genius decided to change. Won't be back
Good food the only problem was when they sat us they were short one waitress and there was a mix-up of the stew was cover the area so we waited a while for the waitress
We met friends for dinner. Wow, our server Marissa and her trainee Ineva were awesome!! So friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and attentive. We ate and visited with friends and without ever asking, our water glasses were filled and our table was cleared. They were good to just take care of serving us and allowing us to eat and enjoy our time. Thanks for doing that! A shout out to Joey, the manager…you have a great team. Keep up the good work. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

The restaurant had a bad odor, particularly in the ladies' room. The atmosphere felt like home, but there were no clean plates on the table. The food on the salad bar looked old and some items were not refilled. The salad was not fresh, with wilted lettuce and overcooked chicken. We considered leaving, but we were in a rush and didn't want to search for another place to eat. In hindsight, we wish we had.
Disappointing at best. I felt like I was in a weird side of the road diner. This place used to be great. Ordered soup with our meal, took forever to come out. Then our meal came our a minute later. The waitress complained several times how she had to get her side work done so she could go home. Hubby and I each ordered a rib eye. No seasoning what so ever. I never could get an additional glass of tea.

Food was outstanding! The server Ashley was terrific! She recommended adding the salad bar to each of our dinners, which we did. She really was great!
We have been going to this ruby Tuesdays since they opened. The service is always good, food is great. However they have a manager that really needs more training to learn how to talk to the customer's. The general manager they have now is very rude.
