It's not the best place to eat, but it falls in line with other similar chains like Applebee's and Fridays in terms of quality. The bar service was efficient, but the drinks were poorly made. On the bright side, they are reasonably priced.

The waiter did not seem to care much about providing good service. I had to wait for about an hour before receiving my meal, and the waiter never returned to apologize for the delay or to see if I needed anything else.

The food on the sal... read more The restaurant had a bad odor, particularly in the ladies' room. The atmosphere felt like home, but there were no clean plates on the table. The food on the salad bar looked old and some items were not refilled. The salad was not fresh, with wilted lettuce and overcooked chicken. We considered leaving, but we were in a rush and didn't want to search for another place to eat. In hindsight, we wish we had.

After a customer complained, fresh ingredients were brought out, but there were no plates available for serving. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
