When the manager came over his response, with a smile on his face was ?Unfortunately it?s Florida it happens?! Are you freaking kidding me? I couldn?t believe hisresponse. He offered to cover the bill, but that response was mind blowing. I have never seen such a thing. If there?s roachesin the menu what?s in the kitchen ????? The only good thing I can say is my waitress was extremely apologetic, empathetic andsweet.

I ordered wonton tacos for delivery and when I received my order, the tacos was broken up, the meat was just thrown in there. No Cole slaw or the sauce was in there! I ordered delivery for areason. I called and had my order replaced... that I had to physically go get. No refund was even offered for my INCONVENIENCE.

I don’t drive at night or on the interstate, so if I’m not going with friends, I usually opt for delivery.

Honestly, it might have been for the best, as the portion size was smaller than a McDonald's Happy Meal. I left feeling hungry!

However, after an hour and a half, I couldn't even get an estimate on when my food would be ready. While I understand that dinner time on a Friday can be busy and don't expect my food to be ready in 15 minutes, I do expect honesty from the restaurant. If you provide a time, please make sure it's accurate, whether it’s 15 minutes or 2 hours. Just don’t mislead your customers.
